Barbara has been an active member of the Association for the past 7 years and has brought legal protection insurance to the next level in Canada. As a devoted innovator she helped secure Montreal as destination for RIAD’s global congress on 6 and 7 October 2016. At the 2016 congress, RIAD invites legal protection insurers and all those active and interested in participating in discussions as to how the Sharing Economy, Digitalization and Globalization will impact the legal protection insurance industry and delivery of legal services.
‘I am honoured to be elected to the RIAD Board and I look forward to enhancing the legal protection idea further. Our industry is in the unique position to provide quality legal services and propose real solutions designed to help improve access to law and justice for all. I want to help increase the recognition of legal protection insurance and its value in facilitating access to justice everywhere,’ says Barbara Haynes, newly elected member of the RIAD Board.
